III.CONTEMPLATED PROJECTS:
A. Major Projects:
1. Pulichintala Project:
The project is proposed to construct across the river Krishna at Pulichintala Village, Guntur District at an estimated cost of Rs. 565.87 Crores to create an IP of 13.08 Lakh Acres stabilization in Krishna Delta. The detailed Investigation of the Project is in progress and programmed to be completed by 3rd Month, 2004 Year. The required clearances are expected to be completed by 2004-05
B. Medium Irrigation Projects:Nil
C. Minor Irrigation Projects:
One Scheme is contemplated for benefiting an ayacut of 250 acres.
